There are three points that depend on the person. The first is the face. In both the thumbnail and the sample, the wife's face is blurred. The second is the sound. According to the caption, because the wife ends up calling out her husband's name, quite a lot of beep sounds come in along the way. The third is the storyline. According to the caption, the wife brushed off the husband's confession with "What are you talking about," and, worn down, came reluctantly, saying "if it's only a massage." It is said that she was very wary of とうま, and that he sensed she was "not at all keen." After that, once "The massage is over" has been said, it becomes a flow in which the wife asks for it herself.
