SNAPTOKYO | A Numbered Series Negotiating How Far She'll Undress, With Underwear in the Free SAMPLE

That is a 2023 comment on #37, the No. 2 most popular episode. SNAPTOKYO is a numbered series that stops women on the street and negotiates how much of their underwear they will show. According to the profile, the person behind the camera is "a former staffer of the editorial team of a well-known street-snap magazine." Each woman gets her own number, and the main video of September 26 reached #412.

Of the 12 popular videos, only three, from 2023 and 2024 (#37, #111, #141), have likes exceeding 30% of their plays. The 2026 main videos sit at 6 to 12%. Older episodes have had longer to pile up likes, so the gap is to be expected. Even so, the top one, #37, has likes on about 40% of its plays.

What I read: the samples attached to the main videos of the popular episodes and #400 (30 seconds to 3 minutes 14 seconds), thumbnails, captions, the free SAMPLE released the day before, and the comments on #37 (21 of 29). I have not watched the main videos.

What Makes This Creator Appealing

① A format that goes from 30 seconds of clothes and price tags into a negotiation over underwear

The samples of the four popular episodes (#111, #37, #141, #400) all open with subtitles giving a name and an occupation. For #400 it is "CANON" and "dancer." Then the shop and price of what she is wearing appear, a vest at "¥5.000" and a top at "¥10.000." The subtitle at the head of the #111 and #141 samples reads "We seriously negotiated how far the woman who let us shoot her street snap would undress." The 30-second sample attached to the main video ends with this clothing introduction, and no underwear appears. Treat it as 30 seconds for judging the clothes, the face, and the mood of her voice. That is how to deal with this account.

② A free SAMPLE the day before shows underwear in some episodes

The day before each main video, a free SAMPLE of 10 to 20 minutes comes out. The caption starts with "* The rest can be watched in the main video." In #400 of August 14, from 11 minutes 50 seconds of the 18:37 she lifts her vest and top with her own hands, and at 12 minutes a bra in off-white cream with embroidered pale blue flowers appears. After 16 minutes she opens the front of her jeans to show lace shorts, and from 17:50 comes the back. Her face stays in frame, with no blur.

The main video runs 98 minutes, the longest of the 2026 main videos among the popular 12. The caption ends with "such a cute face, and yet, unexpectedly, thick coarse hair." The free SAMPLE stops at the back of the underwear, so whatever that line points to is on the main video's side.

In #412 of September, a bra appears at 6:15 of the free 9:46. Some negotiations go badly. The SAMPLE of #406 on September 4 had a caption reading "probably the biggest fight of any we've published as video." Trouble is not unusual, and the caption also admits "most of them end with her going home partway and get shelved."

③ A new face every 3 to 4 days

No. 1 #111 MIO (November 2023, 8,671 plays, 63 minutes)

The caption gives three points: a monochrome mode-style outfit, green underwear, and "she was surprisingly easygoing and showed plenty of naughty sides." It does not go into how things unfolded. The 30-second sample attached to the main video shows MIO with a white mask covering her face from the nose down, standing in front of a white fence, with tags such as "TOP:MIKIOSAKABE" and "BAG:LOEWE" attached around her body. No underwear appears, and her face is not blurred.

No. 2 #37 MATSURI (February 2023, 5,932 plays, 42 minutes)

Among the 8 main videos in the popular 12, this is the shortest. The free 3:14 goes from the clothing introduction into the approach in Shibuya. It runs up to the point where MATSURI, laughing and pulling her hands into her sleeves, answers at 2:04 with "If you'll blur me out properly, then just a little..." and starts lifting the hem of her dress in a white-walled room. The caption points to her chest, noticeable even through clothing, and a "shocking G-cup."

There are 29 comments (as of October 3). Of the 21 I could read, the bulk are 12 impressions and 6 requests for the next episode. Three comments mention the on-all-fours scene.

No. 3 #141 POCARI (February 2024, 5,012 plays, 62 minutes)

The caption says "the much-talked-about Atom boots make a big impact" and "the underwear, with plenty of feminine charm, is way too cute." It ends on a question, "Only SNAPTOKYO lets you see a woman this stylish undressed, right?" The 30-second sample runs through a subtitle reading "influencer," a full-body shot of red boots with a "BOOTS: Atom boots" tag, and a view from behind. No underwear appears.

Voices in the Comments

Among the popular 12, only #37 has comments (as of October 3). #111, #141, the 2026 episodes #364, #389, #394, #400, #358, and the free SAMPLE have none yet.

What the 21 comments I could read on #37 (from late February to early October 2023) show is how this series gets watched. The impressions split into the on-all-fours scene, the cuteness of her face, and reactions to her chest. One said "her face alone could make me cry." There were also 6 requests for the next episode, listing scenes people want to see and questions they want asked. The only negative voice was one comment regretting having bought. The poster answered one comment with "I'll check with a lawyer!"

For now, #37 is the only one of the popular 12 where you can use viewers' voices as a guide.

Which to buy depends on what you want. To follow new numbers, Standard. Its 27 videos are about the size of the last 30 days of posts, which suits following the latest. If you want past popular episodes such as #111 and #37, Premium. It does not say which numbers are among the 27, and Premium has 15 times as many videos. If you have decided to stay for the long term, the bundle with prepayment pays off.

Two points will put some people off. One is the audio of the approach. In #37, the person shooting explains that they are asking for underwear as a survey for a medium with many female viewers, and that faces will be mosaicked (the range on which two transcripts agree). The video is also sold to men, and the face in the #37 sample has no mosaic, only a mask over it. If that gap bothers you, skip it. The other is that no underwear appears in the 30-second sample.
